Mission Critical Sales

COVID Safety Policy

With the nationally declared Public Health Emergency ending on May 11 2023, these common sense elements of our COVID policy remain in place.

  • 1. All eligible Mission Critical Sales staff and household members are required to be fully vaccinated and boosted, and practice appropriate safety measures including masking in dense indoor spaces and taking appropriate measures after an exposure.
  • 2. All of our manufacturers staff or colleagues who may accompany us to a customer must be fully vaccinated and boosted.
  • 3. We may ask all meeting attendees to be vaccinated, and may decline a meeting if this cannot be accommodated.
By adhering to this policy we are continuing to operate safely and effectively for our customers and manufacturers.

Our Manufacturers

Every manufacturer we represent is open and continues to operate under CDC guidelines when needed, including using enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing, isolating when testing positive, and quarantining after potential exposures. Adhering to these guidelines occasionally reduces staff availability, which may affect deliveries. Supply chain challenges caused by the pandemic are improving but persist. We appreciate your understanding during this period.

Our Customers

We adhere to our COVID policy for all customer visits.

As cases decline, many customers are becoming more open to face-to-face meetings, however work-from-home (WFH) continues to be popular for many individuals and companies.

When customer visits are discouraged for any reason, including personal reasons or company-wide restrictions, we can accomodate by visting outside, or if preferred using our secure videoconferencing. We will present proof of vaccination as requested.

Our region

The Northeast has amongst the highest vaccination rate of any region in the country, and is also home to the smartest people in the country. One would supposse these are correlated. Due to both of these factors, the region is well equipped to handle the current level of existing and new cases. Below are links to the present status and guidelines for each state in New England.
